Anziani e non solo was one of the partners of the “work-based training” project, carried out from 2015-2017 under the Erasmus+ programme. The project aimed at contributing sustainable learning success and to secure the smooth transition from school to work for young students with learning difficulties, thus fostering the successful integration of the target group into the labour market.
As main outcome of the project, the partnership project produced a “Manual on Work-based Training”, a document giving an overview on the different school-to-work transition systems in the partner countries. It also summarizes the main findings and conclusions from the Online Survey carried out last year and illustrates numerous examples of good practice.
