The internal brainstorms on building a Family Lab started in May 2018, with a final discussion in the AC which took place in Barcelona in May 2019 (see full discussion note enclosed, as well as the proposed roadmap). We will present to you how the Family Lab could be integrated in the COFACE website, and discuss the following key questions with you:

– Public or membership only? If access only to members, then could have financial subscriptions from outside, to access the Lab (co-financing), and this would be a service to members to provide them with innovation.
-What educational material and resources are available in the membership of COFACE?
Services, projects, videos, documents, infographics, podcasts, publications, etc. Create a first categorisation of resources.
-How to present the Lab entries (what structure and information, and in what format – webpages, videos, etc) and making it making the Lab accessible and understandable to persons with disabilities.
-Which topics would be most useful to integrate in the family lab?  (digital families, nutrition for children, migrant families, parenting, toy safety, adolescence, bullying, financial inclusion, safer internet, LGBT, work-life balance, disability, child well-being…)
-How to collect information throughout 2020? Through a standard form, through the newsletter, etc.
-Translation software: how to integrate this in the website
-Link to OECD mapping exercise (they approached us about collecting information on NGO family services)
