COFACE FAMILIES EUROPE DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Context

Personal data is used in COFACE for the implementation of its different activities: expert meetings, seminars, communication campaigns, news dissemination, website monitoring, statutory body meetings, research, trainings, and more.

Definition of personal data

Personal data are all data allowing for the identification of an individual. This includes gender/name/surname/profession/postal & e-mail addresses/ phone number/fax number, videos, photos, ID numbers, bank accounts and more.

Personal data use by COFACE Families Europe

The data we collect through our activities is used by the authorised COFACE staff members or sub-contractors, as well as members of the COFACE Executive Buro who are involved in the implementation of activities. The data is processed when necessary in order to provide a requested service (e.g. to send our monthly news to our mailing list, to refund travel arrangements, to manage conference participation). Photos/presentations/live web-streaming and/or audio and video recording of speakers, participants and organisers might be used on our website and social media channels for COFACE communication activities. Opt-out options are always given.
